Who We Are
Little Bay Health is a holistic clinic offering a range of therapies. We came together as a co-operative of practitioners who wanted to provide Oban with a single point of access to a range of treatments. The practitioners involved already have busy practices within the Oban area and we have decades of healthcare experience between us. We have created a space together which we hope you will find warm and welcoming. Our aim is to offer professional advice and treatment to a whole range of health conditions.
We tend to inter-refer within our team if we feel one or other of our team can better help you with your condition. With your permission, we can speak to other practitioners on the team to seek the best evidence based solutions for your health needs. This is, we feel the best modern solution to bio-individual health needs.
We have specialists in musculo-skeletal work. This ranges from body work such as massage, exercise classes, through to assessment from Ruth, our Physio, or acupuncture from Tracey, our Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner. Claire and Amy offer biomechanical assessment for foot, leg and lower leg problems.
Our clinic is central and convenient within Oban town centre. Each practitioner has their own contact details
